3. System Abuse & Security Violations

• Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise Platform security
• Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Overloading servers or interfering with Platform performance
• Reverse engineering or decompiling our software
• Bypassing security measures or access controls

4. Spam & Unsolicited Communications

• Sending spam, junk mail, or unsolicited messages
• Mass emailing or bulk messaging without consent
• Promoting scams, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing
• Phishing or collecting user information fraudulently
• Posting repetitive or irrelevant content

5. Intellectual Property Violations

• Copying, distributing, or selling our content without permission
• Infringing on trademarks, copyrights, or patents
• Scraping or harvesting data from the Platform
• Creating derivative works without authorization
• Removing copyright or proprietary notices

6. Abusive or Harmful Content

• Posting hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Sharing explicit, violent, or disturbing material
• Defaming, libeling, or slandering others
• Bullying, harassing, or threatening users
• Promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activities

7. Misuse of Services

• Using the Platform for purposes it wasn't designed for
• Exploiting loopholes or vulnerabilities
• Reselling access without authorization
• Competing directly with our business using our tools
• Creating content that violates third-party rights

User Responsibilities

As a user of Zonepedia Business LaunchPad, you are responsible for:

Maintaining account security: Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Providing accurate information: All information you provide must be truthful and current
Complying with laws: Your use must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
Respecting others: Treat other users with respect and courtesy
Reporting violations: Report any violations of this Policy to us immediately

Enforcement & Consequences

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations of this Policy, including but not limited to:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of access (duration varies by severity)
• Account Termination: Permanent ban from the Platform
• Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement or pursuing civil remedies
• Financial Penalties: Charging for damages or losses caused by violations

Terminated accounts will not receive refunds for unused subscription time. We may also refuse future service to violators.
